North Florida Educational Institute Gymnasium Facility Rental Fee Schedule Base Facility Rental Fees These fees cover access to the gymnasium, bleachers, restrooms, and general stadium grounds. Facility / Space: - Gymnasium (up to 4 hours) Flat Event Rate $500 - Additional Gym Time Per Hour $100/hr - Scoreboard Use Flat Rate $50 - Public Address (PA) System Flat Rate $40 - Team Locker Rooms Per Locker Room $50 Required Staffing Fees NFEI provides all required event personnel. Staffing fees are billed to the renter. Position Rate Minimum Hours Notes - Security Personnel Varies 3 hours Minimum 1-2 depending on event size - Parking Attendants $16/hr 2 hours Adjust based on crowd size - Concession Staff $16/hr 3 hours Required if concessions are open - Custodial/Cleaning Staff $20/hr 3 hours Includes post-event cleanup - Administrator on Duty $125 stipend Per event Required for all rentals Cleaning & Reset Fees Service Fee - Standard Cleanup $125 - Heavy Cleanup (spills, bleacher trash, locker rooms) $200 - Court Reset (benches, chairs, scorer’s table) $40 Utilities & Operational Fees Utility Rate - Gym Lighting $25/hr - HVAC (if required for large events) $40/hr - Dumpster / Trash Haul (if needed) $75 Optional Add-ons Add-on Fee - Classroom / Meeting Room Use $50 per room - Use of Practice Balls / Equipment $25
