North Florida Educational Institute Facility Rental Fee Schedule Football and Track Base Facility Rental Fees These fees cover access to the football field, bleachers, restrooms, and general stadium grounds. Facility / Space Fee Type Rate - Football Field (up to 4 hours) Flat Event Rate $750 - Additional Field Time Per Hour $150/hr - Press Box Access Flat Rate $150 - Locker Room Access Per Locker Room $75 - Concession Stand Access Flat Rate $100 - Scoreboard Use Flat Rate $75 - Public Address (PA) System Flat Rate $50 Required Staffing Fees NFEI provides all required event personnel. Staffing fees are billed to the renter. Position Rate Minimum Hours Notes - Security Personnel Varies 3 hours Minimum 2 for large events - Parking Attendants $16/hr 3 hours Adjust based on crowd size - Concession Staff $16/hr 3 hours Required if concessions are open - Custodial/Cleaning Staff $20/hr 3 hours Includes post-event cleanup - Administrator on Duty $125 stipend Per event Required for all rentals Cleaning & Reset Fees Service Fee - Standard Cleanup $150 - Heavy Cleanup (trash overflow, spills, locker room) $250 - Field / Sideline Reset $50 Utilities & Operational Fees Utility Rate - Stadium Lighting $50/hr - Dumpster / Trash Haul (if required) $75 Optional Add-ons Add-on Fee - Classroom / Meeting Room Use $50 per room
